PALMBY (nee Milligan) Patricia (Patsy) R.I.P. Patsy passed peacefully under the wonderful care of the Ulster Hospital on 3rd December 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Dearly beloved mother of Gavin, Jill and Ross. Loving mother-in-law to Emer, Rory and Stephanie. Devoted granny to Oisín, Anna, Mel, Ellie and Cora. Cherished sister of Maura and the late Anne, Kathleen and Jackie. Much loved wife of David.

Patsy’s remains will be reposing in her late residence from Wednesday evening, those wishing to pay their respects can do so from Thursday.

Patsy’s remains will leave her late residence at 9.30am on Saturday to arrive at Our lady Queen of Peace Church, Kilwee for 10am Requiem Mass. Burial to follow in Milltown Cemetery.

Patsy will be loved and missed always by her heartbroken daughter, sons, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, sister, nieces, nephews, friends and all who loved and knew her.
