SHEILS George Benedict Stephen peacefully at Altnagelvin hospital, on 4th August 2024. Late of 2 Iniscarn Crescent. May he rest in peace.

Loving father of Daisy and former partner of Marie-Claire. Beloved son of the late Peggy and Eddie. Dearest brother of Frances, Declan, Rosario, Vincent and the late Terry and Raymond. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle and friends.

George’s remains are now reposing at his brother Declan’s residence, 9 Kingsfort Park. Funeral leaving from there on Wednesday 7th August at 9:20am for 10am Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.

Wake house will be private from 10pm until 11am.
