McALEER Mickey, Omagh, Co. Tyrone, formerly of 5 Campsie Crescent, Omagh BT79 7DH, died peacefully in Omagh Primary Care Complex surrounded by his loving family on Thursday 8th August 2024.

Beloved husband of the late Mary. Treasured father of Martin and Shane. Loving and devoted grandfather of Alice and Dylan. Cherished brother of Mary McGeary, Cathal, Peter, Benny and the late Vonnie and Patrick.

Mickey will be reposing in his late residence from 4pm until 10pm on Saturday, 10th August, and from 4pm until 10pm on Sunday, 11th August. Suggested parking is behind the Bank of Ireland or in Campsie Crescent Play Park. Mickey will leave his former residence at 9.15am on Monday 12th August for 10am requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Killyclogher, followed by his burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only with donations in lieu kindly accepted for Care for Cancer c/o McAtee Funeral Directors. For those who wish to show a presence on the funeral route Mickey will travel from Campsie, and along the Cookstown Road and Old Killyclogher Road to arrive at St Mary’s Church at 9.55am.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving sons, grandchildren, sister, brothers, nephews, nieces and entire family circle and friends. Our Lady pray for him.
