We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Denis Hegarty peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital surrounded by his loving family on the 11th of August 2024, may he rest in peace.

Late of 160 Sawel Place, Dungiven, Co Derry.

Beloved husband of the late Rose R.I.P and loving father of Cathy. Devoted grandfather of Aimee, Ciaran and Fiona. Son of the late Rosie and Aidan and dear brother of Jackie, Mary, Aidan, Colette, Paula and the late Winafred R.I.P.

Leaving the funeral home at 10pm to repose at his late home. Family time 10pm to 12noon. Funeral from his late home on Tuesday 13th of August leaving at 11.30am for 12noon Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Dungiven, interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.
