The death has taken place of the late Margaret Barbara McCarter (formerly Moore) (née Ward), 27th August 2024, peacefully in Culmore Manor.

Dearly beloved wife of the late Archdeacon E.A Moore and the late James McCarter. Loving mother of Jayne, Anne and Jonathan. Dear mother-in-law of Adrian, Karl and Janice. A devoted grandmother of Richard, Garvin, Lars, Ethan and Isobel. Great-grandmother of Henry, Penny-Jayne, Ted and Ava.

A funeral service will take place on Friday, 30th August at 1.00pm in St Columbs Cathedral followed by burial in Gortlee cemetery, Letterkenny. Visitors welcome to pay respects at Adair and Neely funeral home 10-12 Foyle Road, Derry, on Thursday, 29th August from 6:30pm- 8:30pm.
