We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Moya McClafferty née Cassidy, peacefully at The Foyle Hospice on 18th September 2024. Late of 18 Belmont Crescent. May she rest in peace.

Beloved wife of the late John L. McClafferty. Devoted mother of Joanne, John and Tom. Loving grandmother of Sophie and James. A much loved sister of Eileen and Tom. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle and friends.

Moya’s remains will be reposing at her late residence, 18 Belmont Crescent from 1pm tomorrow afternoon, Thursday 19th September. Funeral leaving from there on Saturday 21st September at 9:20am for 10am Requiem Mass in Our Lady Of Lourdes Church, Steelstown. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.

Wake house will be private from 10pm in the evenings until 1pm in the afternoons.
