HUGH (Huggy) McCOMB
McCOMB HUGH (Huggy) September 22, 2024 Passed away peacefully following a short illness in the Cancer Centre, Belfast City Hospital surrounded by his loving wife Alice and beloved daughters Tara, Aisling, Fionnuala, Cara, Anna, Alice and his siblings Eugene, Damien and Elizabeth.
He will be deeply missed by his grandchildren and entire family circle. Death leaves a heartache no-one can heal, love leaves a memory, no-one can steal. I measc Laochra na nGael go raibh a anam dílís.
Hugh’s remains will be arriving home to 46 Albertbridge Road, Short Strand on Wednesday September 25th and family request family only for the first day. Requiem Mass will be held on Monday September 30th at 10.00am in St Matthew’s Church, Short Strand, followed by Main Oration at An Tine Bheo, Garden of Remembrance. Final committal will be held in Roselawn Crematorium at 12.40pm.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers to Friends of the Cancer Centre.
