WEIR Patricia Anne (Pat) October 30th 2024, passed away peacefully at home in her sleep. Devoted mummy of Emma and loving nanny of Aimee.
A Service of Celebration for her life will be held in Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium on Thursday 7th November at 2.00 p.m.
No flowers please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Crosskennan Lane Animal Sanctuary online via flemingandcuthbert.co.uk or by telephone (028 9334 4242 Mon – Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm).
