We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Edel McLaughlin, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, on 14th November 2024. Late of 6 Drummard Park. May she rest in peace.

Beloved daughter of Roísín and Pat. Loving mother of Conlith, Clionagh, Cillián, Chanice, Cláraigh, Ciáran, Connor and Fintan. A much loved sister of Denis, Keith, Rachel, Liam and the late Aine. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle and friends.

Edel’s remains will be reposing at her aunt Geraldine’s residence, 39 St. Brecan’s Park from 3pm this afternoon, Thursday 14th November. Funeral leaving from there on Saturday 16th November at 9:20am for 10am Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
