GIBBONS (nee McGinnis) Rose, 1st December 2024, beloved wife of the late John, devoted mother of James and his partner Lorena, dear sister of Theresa, Bridget, Elizabeth, Mena, Patrick, Michael, John and the late Maureen, Joe, James and Brian and a much loved aunt and great-aunt.

Her remains will be reposing in her home, 9 Heathfield, Culmore Road, from 4-9 pm on Sunday and 11-9pm on Monday. Funeral from there on Tuesday at 9.30 pm for 10 o’clock Requiem Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown. Interment afterwards in Star of the Sea Cemetery, Faughanvale.
