Declan, dearly loved son of Maurice and Sheila, dear father of Alana and much loved brother of Donna, Connor, Michael, Gareth, Niall, Adrian and Derva.

Deeply regretted by his sorrowing father, mother, daughter, Bliena, brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, cousins, family circle and friends. O Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to thee.
