RICE Noel R.I.P. Formerly of Liska Road, Dublin Road, Newry. December 16, 2024, peacefully at Carlingford Lodge.

Beloved husband of Pauline (née McEvoy), loving father of David and Anne-Noelle, father-in-law to Tanya and Nigel, grandfather to Amy, Niamh, Daniel, Raymond, Abigail and Maitiú and loving brother to Catherine Tiffney and Donal.

Noel’s remains will repose in McGennity’s Funeral Home, 18 Forkhill Road, Newry BT35 8LZ today (Tuesday December 17th) from 3.00pm until 5.00pm and from 7.00pm until 9.00pm. Removal from the funeral home tomorrow morning (Wednesday December 18th) at 11.40am, arriving for Requiem Mass at 12noon in The Church of the Sacred Heart, Cloughoge. Burial afterwards in Church Hill Cemetery, Jonesborough.

Rice Office Supplies will be closed on Wednesday as a mark of respect to our dear father Noel. Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for him. Very deeply regretted by his loving wife, son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, brother, sister, nephews, nieces and the extended family circle. May he rest in peace.
