McGOVERN Jimmy (Newry) died 28th December 2024 peacefully at his home 27 Thomas Street Newry. Jimmy RIP. Son of the late Mary and Peter McGovern. Brother of the late Brother Bonfilius, Murtaugh and Daniel. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
His remains will repose in Charles Digney and Sons Funeral Home 4 Sugarhouse Quay, Newry, on Wednesday from 4pm until removal to St Catherine’s Church, Dominic Street, arriving for 6pm. Funeral mass on Thursday at 12:30pm. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Deeply regretted by his sorrowing cousins, friends and family circle.
