DOUGAN Frances (21 Sep 1946 – 13 Jan 2025) Died 13th January 2025. Late of Blackmountain Way. Beloved wife of the late Mervyn, much loved mother of Elaine and Neil, loving mother-in-law of Stephen and Donna and a devoted grandmother.

Funeral service to be held in Stephen McCosh Funeral Church, 117-121 Shankill Road, Belfast, BT13 1FD on Wednesday 22nd January at 8.45am and afterwards to Roselawn Cemetery.
