A service for the celebration of Matthew’s life will be held on Sunday 26th January in Joseph Poots & Son Funeral Home at 12:30pm, followed by a committal in Kernan Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if so desired, can be made to British Heart Foundation
