ARMSTRONG (née Thompson) Ellen Marie (Eileen), passed away peacefully January 23, 2025, Our Lady’s Nursing Home, Ard Na Va. Dearly beloved wife of Laurence, much loved mother of Nuala, Eugene, Mairéad, Terri and Laura. Adored mother-in-law and cherished granny of Kevin, Brianna, Liam, Jack, Colin, Greer, Maeve, Nora, Brendan, Aidan and Brenna, great granny of Grace. Adored sister of Eugene, Frank and Kay. She will be sadly missed by her entire family circle and friends.

Eileen will be reposing at O’Kanes Funeral Home, Donegall Street, Belfast until tomorrow Saturday January 25, 2025 when she will return to her family home, those wishing to pay their respects are welcome daily from 2.00pm – 7.00pm. Her funeral will take place at St Patrick’s Church, Donegall Street, Belfast on Monday January 27, 2025 at 10.00am. Cremation Service will take place at Antrim & Newtownabbey Crematorium, Doagh Road BT36 5BU on Wednesday January 29th at 11.00am.
