It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Vincent (Vinny) Cunningham, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, surrounded by his loving family on 8th February 2025. Late of 3 Demesne Gardens. May he rest in peace.

Beloved husband of Deborah. Devoted father of Niall and Orla. Loving granda of Casey, Saorlaith and Aoibhín. A much loved son of the late Mary and Phonsie. Dearest brother of Ann, Helen, Daniel, Jim, Maria, Louise and Leeanne. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Vinny’s remains will be reposing at his late family residence, 20 Inishowen Gardens from 12pm tomorrow afternoon, Sunday 9th February. Funeral leaving from there on Tuesday 11th February at 11:20am for 12pm Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
