My deepest condolences to the family of Mel, He was a wonderful man, a pure gentleman and one of the most intelligent people I ever met. I met him only once when he came to Limerick to train a small group of us (shop floor reps) but he left a lasting impression. I came away from a 2 day course with a year's worth of knowledge.
