Hazel Johnston died 15th January 2021 (peacefully).
Much loved wife of George, devoted mother of Colin, Joan, Lynne and George, a loving grandmother and great grandmother.
Funeral service will be held privately due to the current circumstances. Service restricted to 25 people by invitation only.
No flowers please. Donations in lieu if desired to Northern Ireland Chest, Heart and Stroke (cheques only please made payable to above charity) C/o Willowfield Private Funeral Home, 440 Woodstock Road, Cregagh, BT6 9DR
Horse and carriage cortege will be leaving the above funeral home at approximately 11.15am on Wednesday 20th January 2021.Hazel will be very sadly missed by her family and friends.Forever in our thoughts.
