LAPPIN (nee McGuinness) Eileen, March 5, 2025 (86 Cormeen Road, Lisagally, Armagh, BT60 4NA) peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Dearly beloved wife of Tommy, loving mother of Maryrose Lappin (Martin), Brendan (Sheelagh), Patricia Hughes (Jimmy), Deirdre McArdle (Kieran), Fiona Farrell (Kieran), Tomás (Róisín), Clodagh Conlon (Mark), Ciaran (Vera), Paula McArdle (Colm). Precious grandmother and great grandmother. Loving daughter of the late Sarah and Joseph McGuinness and a dear sister to Maura Mallon and the late Betty, Josie and Charlie.

Eileen will rest at her family home on today Thursday and Friday from 12noon to 8.00pm. House Private on Saturday morning for family and close friends only. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St John’s Church, Middletown at 12noon on Saturday March 8th. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Very deeply regretted by her sorrowing husband, sons, daughters, daughters-in-law and sons-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister and wider family circle and friends. Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her. Family flowers only please.
