We regret to inform you of the death of Sr. Maria Pia (Mary Josephine) Doherty (Formerly of Ballyrogan, Garvagh. Co.Derry). Died 28th March 2025. Peacefully in the loving care of her community at St. Anne’s Convent, Sturry, Canterbury. Late of the Sisters of Our Lady of the Missions.

Beloved eldest daughter of the late Joe and Katie and loving sister of James (Margaret), Teresa O’Kane (the late Jimmy), Helen Bradley (Alex), Joe (Dolores), Geraldine and the late John and Kathleen Acton (Danny).

Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday 16th April 2025 at 10am in St. Anne’s Chapel, Sturry, England.

Deeply regretted by her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, wider family circle and the Sisters of Our Lady community.
