BRENNAN (nee McEvoy) Bernadette (Nottingham, formerly Cross, Kilcoo) Bernadette R.I.P., died peacefully on Monday January 13, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Dermott and loving mother of Anita, Hugh and Yvonne. Dear mother-in-law to Phil. Adored granny to Bryony, Lara, Eddie, Tilly, Jennifer and Zoe. Cherished sister of Bridie Fitzsimons (the late Brendan), Brendan (Josephine), Gertie O’Hare (Tom), Seamus (Mary), Raymond (Roisin) and the late Vera Lavery (Damian). Great aunt of the late Aine Fitzsimons and Shane McAnallen. Fondly remembered by all her nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.

Bernadette’s remains will be reposing at her brother Raymond’s home, 155 Bryansford Road, Kilcoo, Newry BT34 5LG on tomorrow Saturday April 12, 2025 from 12noon to 8.00pm. A Funeral Service will take place on Sunday April 13, 2025 at 5.00pm in St Malachy’s Church, Kilcoo followed by interment of ashes in the adjoining cemetery. House Private on the day of the funeral please. On Bernadette’s soul sweet Jesus have mercy.
