We the family of the late Mary wish to express our sincere thanks to those who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.
Thanks to all the Doctors and staff at Willow Medical Practice. To the nurses of Beech Hall, the ambulance staff and the staff at Fagans chemist and all who cared for Mary over the last few years.
The family wish to especially thank all the kind neighbours, relatives and friends and all those who called to the house,sent messages,cards,flowers and brought refreshments.
Thanks to the Mallon Brothers for the professional and dignified way in which they carried out Mary’s Funeral arrangements. We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude.

Marys months mind Mass will be celebrated in St Oliver Plunkett Chapel on Saturday 10th May at 6:30 pm.

GOWDY (nee Magee) Mary, died peacefully at hospital surrounded by her loving family April 12, 2025. Loving wife of Hugh. Beloved mother to Hugh, Thomas, Joanne, Kathleen, Robert, Michael, Geraldine and Paul. Much loved grandmother and great grandmother. R.I.P.

A Service will take place at Mary’s home, 4 Glenveagh Park on Tuesday 15th at 12noon. Mary will then leave on Wednesday at 10.00am for burial in Milltown Cemetery. St Pio pray for her. Deeply regretted by her loving family circle. All other enquiries to Mallon Brothers Funeral Directors
