It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of William (Liam) Morrin, peacefully at The Foyle Hospice on 17th April 2025. Late of 27 Glen Rd. May he rest in peace.

Beloved husband of the late Rosemary. Devoted father of Liam, Simon, Marc, Kieran and Louise. Loving granda of Leah, Lily, Emily, Sara, Eabha and Savannah. A much loved brother of Jim, Margie, Paul, Karen, Marie and the late Christopher, Eddie, Sean and Danny. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle and friends.

Liam’s remains will be reposing at his sister Marie’s residence, 6 Templetown Mews, Maydown from 5pm this afternoon, Thursday 17th April. Funeral leaving from there on Saturday 19th April at 9:15am for 10am Funeral Service in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
