We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Bridget “Bridie” McCartney née Patton peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on 1st of May 2025.May she rest in peace.

Late of 191 Foreglen Road, Co Derry. (1948 – 2025)

Beloved wife of the late Michael R.I.P. Loving mother of Kevin and fond mother in law of Evelyn. Devoted grandmother of Ellie, Maggie, Keelan, Michael and Kevin Óg. Daughter of the late Thomas and Bridget R.I.P and dear sister Thomas, Ann and the late Mary, Michael, Rose, Annie, Willie and Veronica R.I.P.

Reposing at her late home from 6pm today – Thursday (1st) Family time 10pm to 11am.

Funeral on Saturday 3rd of May leaving her late home at 10.15am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Peter and St Paul’s Church, Foreglen. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard. Saint Bridget pray for her.
