STEWART John, 16th May 2025, peacefully, after a short illness, at Altnagelvin Hospital, formerly of Dunmore Gardens, Creggan. Beloved husband of Maureen, loving father of Linda and Johnny, dear father-in-law to Mickey, devoted grandfather of Charlene (Dave) and Michael (Sinead) and great-grandfather to Adam, Daithí, Bella and Rhéa, dear and loving son of the late Bella and Stephen, cherished brother of Thomas, Stephen, Billy and Cathleen and a dear uncle to all his nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle.

John will be reposing at his home, 2b Lisfannon Park, on Friday 16th May from 4:00pm. Family time please from 10:00pm to 11:00am. Funeral leaving his home on Monday 19th May at 9:20am to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.

Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for him.
