FRIEL Gerry, 1st June 2025 beloved husband of Margaret, loving father of Gerard, John, Michael, Clare and Brian, devoted grandfather of Emma, Grace, Anna, Patrick, Aisling, Tommy Max, Tom, Conor and Charlie, great-grandfather of Jack, Emily, Caragh and Florence and dear brother of John, Brendan and the late Mary and Tony.

Gerry’s wake will take place in his home, 72 Ballyarnett Village, on Monday and Tuesday from 12 – 10 pm. Funeral from there on Wednesday at 9.30 am for 10 o’clock Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn. Interment later with his late wife Phyllis in Milltown cemetery, Belfast.
