McCANN (née O’Connell) Marie, 11th July 2025, peacefully at Cornfield Care Home, formerly of 6 Heathfield and Sevenoaks. Beloved wife of the late Michael, loving mother of Jim, Michael, Damian, Brendan, Niall, Margaret and Annmarie, a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother, a dear mother-in-law, and a cherished sister of Seamus and Eileen. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle and all her friends.

Marie will be reposing at her daughter’s home, 38 Belvoir Park, Culmore, on Saturday 12th July from 11:00am. Family time please from 9:00pm to 11:00am. Funeral leaving 38 Belvoir Park on Monday 14th July at 9:20am to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery.
