McALEENAN Gerry (Newry) July 15, 2025, (peacefully) surrounded by his loving family. Gerry, beloved husband of Josephine and devoted father of Martin, Jacqueline, Stephen, Siobhan, Geraldine and Annmarie.

His remains will repose at his late residence, 87D Canal Street, today (Tuesday) from 4pm. Requiem Mass for Gerry will be celebrated on Thursday at 12noon in St. Brigid’s Church, The Meadow, burial afterwards in Monkshill cemetery. Our Lady Queen of The Most Holy Rosary pray for him.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughters, sons-in-law, Nicky, Peter, P.J and Martin, daughters-in-law Ann and Theresa, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, also his sisters Theresa, Noreen, Joyce and Angela, nieces, nephews and the entire family circle.
