O’NEILL Joseph – 1946-2025. Main Street, Dungiven, Co Derry peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on the 3rd of August 2025, may he rest in peace. Joe – Forever in our hearts.

Much loved husband of Carmel (Née O’Neill). Loving daddy of Ciara McErlean (Eoín), Colleen, Ryan (Grainne), Lorna McNicholl (Brian)and Aileen. Papa Joe to Dean, Keelin, Tegan, Kila, Carla, Josh, Aisling, Darci, Hector and Ruby. Great grandfather of Jackson, Blake, Connor and Riley🦋. Loving son of the late Bobby and Eileen (Née Carlin),R.I.P Ballymaclenaghan, Claudy and dear brother of Frank, Jude, Mary (Cooke) and Robin. Fondly remembered by all his nieces and nephews.

Reposing at his daughter Colleen’s house 5 Knock Cullen, Dernflaw, Dungiven, Co Derry BT47 4UG. Wake will commence on Monday (4th) at 12noon to 10.30pm and Tuesday (5th) 12noon to 10.30pm. Family time tonight. Wake parking available at St. John’s primary school after 6pm. Funeral on Wednesday 6th of August 2025, leaving his daughter’s home at 10.10am for 11am Requiem Mass in Saint Patrick‘s Church Dungiven. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
