QUINN Dr Gerard (Armagh) August 16, 2025, (peacefully) late of Ogle Street, Armagh and Ardagh Avenue in Blackrock, Dublin

Dr Gerard, son of Mick Quinn of Tassagh, Armagh and Ciss McLerney of Billeady Monaghan. Eldest brother to Anne (deceased), Patrick (deceased), Gabrielle, Brenda, Michael (deceased), Victor (deceased), Eugene (deceased) and Frances.

Over his academic career, Dr Quinn taught at St Patrick’s College, Armagh, St Mary’s College, London, Carysfort College of Education, and University College Dublin. Fondly remembered by wider family, friends and former students.
