McDAID Fergal, 18th September 2025 peacefully at his home, 48 Dove Gardens.

Beloved partner of Bridget, Loving father of Danielle, Gemma, Jamie and Sean. Beloved son of the Late Raymond and Anna. A much loved brother of Gerard, Margo, Daniel, Billy, Cathy, Grainne and the Late Richard, Michael, Jacqueline and Brendan.

Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by all his neices and nephews.

Fergal will be reposing at his family home, 7 Abbots Walk today (Friday) at 4pm. Funeral from there on Monday at 9.50am to St Columba’s Church, Long Tower for Requiem at 10am. Interment afterwards in the city Cemetery.

Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by all his Family Circle and everyone that knew him.
