O’REILLY Raymond (Nanny) 24th September 2025 peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family, beloved husband of Kathleen, loving father of Annette, Catherine, Sean, Brendan, Roisin and Joanne, devoted grandfather of Michael, Aimee, Niamh, Nora, Thomas, Pearse, Fintan, Daniel, Eva, Tom, Cara, Katie and Seamus, great-grandfather of Fiachra and Morrigán and dear brother of Moya, Ann, Martin and Tina. Deeply regretted by all his family and friends.

Raymond’s remains will be reposing in his home, 43 Messines Park, from 4 pm on Thursday. Funeral from there on Saturday at 10.50 am for 11.30 am Requiem Mass in St Columba’s Church, Longtower. Interment afterwards in the City cemetery. Family time please from 9 pm to 12 noon. The Mass can be viewed live via the church webcam.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers, if wished, to Marie Curie or Foyle Hospice.
