McGINN John (Basil) (Bessbrook) RIP, passed away peacefully at home, 44 Green Rd, Bessbrook, 20th October 2025. Beloved son of the late Basil and Mary RIP, devoted brother of Patrick (Anne) and Judith (Niall), cherished uncle of Méabh, Aoife, Patrick, Daire, Callum, Moya and Conor and a cherished nephew, cousin and friend.

John’s remains will repose at his brother’s residence 127 High Street, Bessbrook, BT35 7DZ, from 1pm-9pm on Wednesday and Thursday. House private on the morning of the funeral, respectfully. Funeral leaving at 10:30am Friday for 11am Requiem Mass in St Malachy’s Church, Carrickcruppen. Interment in The Church of the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Lissummon.

Deeply regretted and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family circle and many friends.

Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Chest Heart and Stroke c/o the family.
