McLAUGHLIN (nee McCloskey) Lena, 20th October 2025 peacefully at Cornfield Care Centre, Limavady, beloved wife of the late Michael, Gortnessey, loving mother of Michael, Declan, Mark, Gavin, Karen and Shauna, mother-in-law of Kara, Gillian, Sharon, Stevie and Damien, a devoted grandmother and dear sister of May, Lawrence, Colum, Maurice, Jacqueline and the late Ellen and Harry.

Lena’s remains will be reposing in her son’s home, 26 Grangewood Drive, Kilfennan, on Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 – 9 pm. Funeral from there on Thursday at 11.15 am for 12 o’clock Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Tamnaherin. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
