SIMPSON (nee McGrath) Bridget (Bridie) (Glascar) died 27th October 2025 peacefully at her home. Bridget (Bridie) RIP. Wife of John and much-loved mother of Martin, Garry, Leanne and the late Patrick. Sister of Eugene, Joe, Vincent, Teresa and the late Seamus. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.

Her remains will repose at her home 33 Glascar Road Loughbrickland BT32 5DU until removal on Thursday for 11:30am funeral mass in St. Patrick’s Church, Loughbrickland. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Deeply regretted by her sorrowing husband, sons, daughter, daughters-in-law Denise and Joyce; son-in-law Paddy; grandchildren Nicole, Niall, Shannon, Eimear, Ciarrai, Josh, Chloe; and great grandchild Brooke; brothers, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces, family circle and friends.
