We, the family of the late Richard Starkey wish to express heartfelt thanks and appreciation to our family and friends who offered support and sympathy following our loss.

To Martin and Claire Rourke for the dignified and professional manner in which they conducted the funeral arrangements, many thanks for your support.
A special thanks to each and every doctor, nurse and carer for the exceptional care and kindness shown to Richard during his illness including Dr Jane Creaney and staff at Stream Street Surgery, Lydian Care, Neurology Department RVH, Neuro-Oncology team, NI Hospice, Marie Curie, Hospital from Home and the District Nursing team. We are forever grateful.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as an expression of our deepest thanks and appreciation.
Richard’s Month’s Mind Mass will be held on 14 December 2025 at 10.30am in St. Patrick’s Church, Downpatrick.
