David Flack died on 22nd February 2021, peacefully at Glenview Nursing Home, surrounded by his family. Late of Northland Place, Dungannon.
Dear husband of the late Edna, father of Derek, Charlene and Heather, father-in-law of Namik and much loved papa.
House and funeral strictly private due to the current circumstances.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired are to Dementia N.I. payable to F. Martin & Sons Funeral Directors, 185 Ballygawley Road, Dungannon, BT70-1RY.
Very deeply regretted by his sorrowing family and family circle.
