Libby CROZIER

Date of Death: Sunday 23rd November 2025 Town: Omagh

Family Acknowledgement
We, the family of the late Libby, wish to extend our deep gratitude and warmest thanks to everyone who offered their condolences, prayers, and support during our recent sad bereavement. Libby was a widely respected lady, dearly loved sister of Drew (Mary), Gerry (Margaret), Sharon (Sean) and the late John (Marian), and an adored aunt, and friend.

Thank you to everyone who called to the Wake in Grianan House Funeral Home, helped or brought food, this was greatly appreciated. Our thanks also to those who sent Mass or Sympathy cards, messages, flowers or donations in lieu, lined the funeral route and to those who joined us at the Requiem Mass.

We are blessed to have had the love and support of our family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues, throughout this difficult time, this has helped us in so many ways to grieve and find strength together as a family.

A special word of thanks to Father Malachy Gallagher for his spiritual support and the very comforting requiem Mass. We convey our appreciation also to the Sacristan and everyone who took part in the Liturgy, especially our readers, and our musicians Sinead Taggart and her accompanist who provided the beautiful reverent and uplifting music.

Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner, in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to the gravediggers for preparing Libby’s final resting place. Our thanks also to Roisin of Nettles and Petals for the lovely floral tributes and to the The Village Inn for the very welcome refreshments after the funeral.

And finally, we send our sincere thanks and deep appreciation to all the health care professionals who helped care for Libby. We would particularly like to thank the daily carers that went above and beyond in their duty of care for Libby, especially Tori and Esther and also the staff of the South-West Acute Hospital. We are so very grateful for all your care, help and assistance and for the kindness shown to Libby.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.

Libby was greatly loved and will be missed every day. May her gentle, kind, generous soul be granted peace and eternal rest. Her Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in Christ The King Church, Omagh on Saturday 20th December at 6.30pm. Our Lady pray for her.
