It is with the deepest regret that we announce the sad passing of Mary Ellen McLoughlin (née McGarry) from 19 Moylena Grove, Antrim (formerly of Tannaghmore) on Thursday 27th November 2025 peacefully in the MacMillan Unit, Antrim. Dearly beloved wife of Liam, Dearest mother to Stephen, Jamie, Jody and Liam, mother-in-law to Anna and Cat, doting grandmother to Joseph, Shannon and Daniel, daughter of the late Joe and Jane McGarry, and sister of Robert, Roisin, Michaela, Maeve, Michael, Arthur and Seamus and the late (first)Michael and Joe.

Mary’s wake will begin at her sister Michaela and Hugh’s home at 60 Glenkeen, Randalstown, on Saturday 29th November at 12 noon. Her remains will leave from there, on Monday 1st December at 9.15am for 10.00am Requiem Mass at St Comgall’s Church, Antrim (the funeral may also be viewed on the parish webcam) Interment immediately afterwards at Six Mile cemetery, Antrim.

Family time 9.00pm to 12 noon daily.

Deeply regretted by her sorrowing husband, sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, wider family circle and friends.
