The death has occurred of Bernadette Teresa (Bernie) Mackey (Lurgan) November 30, 2025, (peacefully) at Craigavon Area Hospital, surrounded by her loving nieces 8 Ennis Close Lurgan.

Bernadette Teresa ‘Bernie’, beloved daughter of the late Joe and Mary Mackey, and much loved sister of Marie, Joe, Anna, Francey, Kathleen, Bridie and the late Rosie and Margaret.

Special auntie to Lynsey, Victoria, Maria and the late Kevin, a loving auntie to all her nieces and nephews.

Funeral on Tuesday at 9.15am from the family home 45 Deeny Drive to St Peter’s Church for 10.00am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in St Colman’s Cemetery. Bernie’s Requiem Mass can be viewed on St Peter’s Church webcam. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.

Bernie will be sorely missed by Leah, Hannah, Lacey, Kayla, Isla, Kevin Joseph, Daniel, Ronan and Koen, the little people who she called her grandchildren.
