It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Garnon, peacefully at home on 30th December 2025. Late of 8 Princes Terrace and formerly of 9 Malin Gardens. May he rest in peace. Beloved son of the late Rose and Gordon. Loving brother of Pat, Billy, Glynis, John, Joe, Michael and the late Eileen and Clifford. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his much loved nieces, nephews, wider family circle and friends.

Paul’s remains will be reposing at his brother Michael’s home, 5 Grove Manor, Fir Rd from 5pm tomorrow afternoon, Thursday 1st January. Funeral leaving from there on Saturday 3rd January at 9:15am for 10am Requiem Mass in St. Eugene’s Cathedral. Cremation will take place afterwards at 2pm in Lakeland’s Crematorium, Co. Cavan.
