McELROY John R.I.P, passed away suddenly on the 29th of December 2025. Son of the late Amy McElroy and Thomas McElroy. Father of Christopher McElroy and the late Martina McElroy. Brother of Thomas. Grandfather of Cliodhna. Scared Heart of Jesus have Mercy on his soul.

John’s remains will be reposing at O’Neill’s Chapel of Rest 98 Stewartstown Road on Wednesday and Thursday. Please contact our office on 028 90620099 for viewing times. Requiem Mass for John will take place at O’Neill’s Chapel of Rest on Friday 9th January at 11.30am. Burial to follow in City Cemetery.
