We, the family of the late Christina Grogan (nee Owens) wish to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to everyone who sympathised with us on the loss of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

We are deeply grateful to our family and friends for the care and support shown to us at this sad time of loss. We are especially grateful to the doctors, nurses, Marie Curie nurses and carers of for the excellent care of our mother.

Our heartfelt thanks to Fr Peter McAnenly for the beautiful mass, singers and musicians and all who attended the funeral.

Thank you to all those who sent donations to Marie Curie, sent mass and cards of sympthy, attended the funeral or helped in any way.

A special word of thanks to the undertakers for carrying out all the arrangements in such a dignified and respectful manner.

Trust this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a sincere token of our appreciation and thanks.

Christina’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Colmcille’s Church, Carrickmore on Tuesday 17th February 2026 @ 7.30pm.

Grogan (nee Owens), Christina Rose RIP, 160 Termon Road, Carrickmore BT79 9HW. 15th January 2026. Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late Seamus (RIP) Loving Mother of Frankie (Nuala), Anne Barrett (Philip), Seamus (Sharon), Paula, Gerard (Martina), Bernie Kilpatrick (Niall),and Marcella Platt ( Dan).

Much loved and cherished grandmother and great grandmother. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, daughters in law, sons in law, 22 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and wider family circle.

House Private – family and friends only please. Requiem Mass on Saturday 17th Jan 2026 at 12noon in St. Colmcille’s Church Carrickmore. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Marie Curie if so desired. Out Lady of Lourdes Pray for Her.
