ROONEY (nee McCoy) Mary (Ballyvalley) 17th January 2026, peacefully at Evora Hospice Newry. Mary, beloved wife of Kevin, much-loved daughter of the late Jim and Bridie McCoy, dear sister of Seamus and a cherished niece and aunt. 75B, Ballyvalley Road, Mayobridge. May her soul rest in peace.
Mary’s remains will repose at her home on Sunday and Monday from 1pm – 9pm each day. Removal on Tuesday arriving at St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Church, Rostrevor for 12noon Requiem Mass (churchservices.tv) followed by interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Sheeptown. House private on morning of funeral please.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving husband, brother, uncle, nephews, nieces and entire family circle.
