ROONEY (nee Douglas) Colette (Downpatrick) 19th January 2026, peacefully at home. Dearly beloved wife of Leo, much loved mother of Cathy and Darren, mother in law of Conor and Roisin, loving nanny of Ellen, Luka, Eoin and Niamh, and a dear sister.

May she Rest in Peace. Requiem Mass will be held in St Patrick’s Church, Downpatrick on Wednesday 21st January at 11.00am. Interment afterwards in Struell Cemetery.

Colette will be reposing at her late home, 6 Strangford Court, Downpatrick, BT30 6FH. Those wishing to call may do so on Tuesday 20th January between 2.00pm – 8.00pm.

Our Lady of Lourdes intercede for her. Very deeply regretted and will be lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family and friends.
