SMYTH Elizabeth (Downpatrick) RIP. Died 4th February 2026 peacefully at Slieve Dhu Nursing Home.

Dearly beloved daughter of the late Daniel and Margaret. Much loved sister of the late Eileen, Daniel, Brigid, Seamus, Marie, Malachy and Edna. Dear sister-in-law of Mona and Jeanie. Cherished aunt and great aunt to all her nephews and nieces.

Elizabeth’s remains will be reposing in Seamus Fitzsimons Funeral Home with the family in attendance between 6pm-8pm on Thursday 5th February. Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Downpatrick at 10am on Friday 6th February 2026 followed by interment in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Killough Road, Downpatrick.
