SEMPLE Daniel (Didi) Peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, on 8th February 2026. Late of 57B Steelstown Village and formerly of Tyrconnell Street. May he rest in peace.

Much-loved father of Diarmaid, Feargal and Grainne. A Loving granda of twins Declan and Rose. A dear father-in-law of Chelsea and Laura. Cherished brother of Anne, Mary, Briege, Tina, Teresa and the late Sean. Former husband and friend of the late Margaret. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, friends and neighbours.

Didi’s remains will be reposing at his late home, 57B Steelstown Village from 4 p.m. this afternoon, Sunday 8th February. Funeral leaving from there on Tuesday 10th February at 10:30 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.

The Wake House will be private please from 10 p.m. until 11 a.m.
