McATEER (née Sweeny) Margaret (Ballyholland) Died February 8, 2026 peacefully at her home (Garden Cottage, 35 Lower Ballyholland Road) aged 98 years, surrounded by her loving family. R.I.P. Wife of the late John. Mother of Patrick, Martin, John, Kevin, Raymond and Roseann. Mother-in-law of Kathleen, Lorraine, Dominic and the late Joanne. Grandmother of John, Laura, Richard and Conor. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.

Her remains will repose at her home from 12noon on today Tuesday. Removal on Wednesday at 11.15am for 12noon Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Chapel Street. Burial afterwards in Monkshill Cemetery. Deeply regretted by her sorrowing sons, daughter, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, family circle and many friends.
