LONGWELL Robert James (Bertie) February 21st 2026. Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Altnagelvin Hospital and late of 48 Drumlegagh Road South, Omagh.

Dearly beloved husband of Alice, devoted father of Valerie (David), Derek (Kay) and Clarke (Fiona), cherished grandfather of Alan, Cari, Joshua, Adam, Scott, James, Alix, Erin and Jake. Great-grandfather of Ivy and Ellie. A dear brother of William, Gladys and the late John.

House Strictly Private. Everyone is welcome to call at Armstrong’s Funeral Home on Monday from 7-10pm. Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Bertie will be held in Mountjoy Presbyterian Church on Tuesday at 1.00pm followed by committal in adjoining graveyard.
